Verification, and exactly what it asks of you
KYC is required before you can trade. This page explains what to prepare and how the review runs — the verification form itself lives inside your signed-in account, not here.
Why we do not put a KYC form on a public page
A page that anyone can open is the wrong place to type an Aadhaar number or a bank account. Collecting it there gives you no way to check that the submission was received, no way to correct it, and no record tied to your account. So verification happens after you sign in, where the submission has an owner and a status you can see.
Treat any other site, message or caller asking for these details on our behalf as fraudulent. We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, broker password or card CVV.
Four things to have in front of you
Having these ready means verification is a single sitting rather than several attempts.
PAN
Your ten-character PAN, matching the name you register with. Mismatched names are the most common cause of a rejected submission.
Aadhaar
Your twelve-digit Aadhaar number for identity verification under applicable norms.
Address
Current residential address including state and a six-digit PIN code.
Bank account
Account number, account holder name, bank name and an eleven-character IFSC — used for settlements and payouts.
Five steps, and where each one happens
We would rather tell you that a step involves a human reading your documents than imply it is instant.
Create your account
Registration comes first. KYC is tied to an account so your submission, its review status and any resubmission stay linked to you.
Submit from your dashboard
Sign in and complete verification there. The form sits behind authentication so your PAN, Aadhaar and bank details are never posted from a public page.
Upload supporting documents
JPEG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB per file. Clear, uncropped scans are checked faster than photographs taken at an angle.
Review
Our team verifies the details against your documents. You can check your current status in the dashboard at any point rather than waiting for an email.
Approved, or sent back
If something does not match, the submission is returned with the reason and you can resubmit a correction. A rejection is not the end of the process.
Review times depend on the quality of what is submitted and on the checks required, so we do not publish a guaranteed turnaround. Approval of KYC confirms your identity and bank details; it is not an assessment of whether trading is suitable for you.
How verification details are handled
Collected for a stated purpose
Identity and bank details are collected to verify who you are and where settlements go — not for marketing.
Access is consent-based
Broker connectivity is separate and requires its own explicit consent, which you can revoke.
Submitted over an authenticated session
Verification data is only accepted from a signed-in account, and submissions are rate-limited to resist abuse.
The full detail of what we store, why, and how long for is in our privacy policy. If you want a specific question answered before you submit anything, ask us first.
Create an account, or sign in if you already have one, and the verification form will be waiting in your dashboard.
